## What Vivelia does

## What Vivelia does not do

- No diagnosis, prescription, or treatment advice — see a doctor or pharmacist.
- Not an emergency service: in France call 15 or 112 (114 SMS for deaf / hard of hearing / unable to speak).
- No fall detection or telecare.
- Paying a relative’s subscription never grants access to their health data.
- No unattended public A2A JSON-RPC runtime; no autonomous email/WhatsApp from an agent.
